Lighthouse Christian Fellowship

Hey...what coolness being able to host Pastor Val and Sally Chavez at my own home for the last three days. Here we are at the Lighthouse Christian Fellowship in Millbrae, California with Pastor Norman and Fanny Doromal.

Fanny led worship (she was great) and Pastor Val preached (and he was great, too). It was all good seeing the worship team doing so well and I thank God for the memorable times I had sharing with the band and vocals in times past.

I was able to get in a picture with Fiona Fabby and the gang, which is below.

Above from left to right is Pastor Norman Doromal, Sally Chavez, Pastor Val Chavez and Rich Young.

Home church... ALCF - Abundant Life Christian Fellowship

This last Wednesday ALCF had a "Call To Prayer" Congregational Meeting. I was like meetings, which are centered around calling us to pray as I one who falls short on praying enough.

It was great leading worship for this meeting and especially at the end. I asked everyone to come down to the front for our last song, "How Good and Pleasant It Is".  It was great; everyone entered right in to praising the Lord!

Always a pleasure...

When you lead worship at Santa Rosa Cornerstone Church at Pastor Russ and Terry Cliffords', it's always a pleasure, because everyone there wants to worship the Lord, and everyone does so! Great time last Sunday!

Hope Chapel Healdsburg

Wow...had a great time leading praise and worship and meeting lots of new folks at Hope Chapel Healdsburg, California. Pastor Mark Williams was away walking the isle receiving his degree from Life Bible College for Leadership Development. Stacey shared a good Word. All in all, it was just a great day!

The House - San Carlos - Pastor Brian Goodell

Well, I had a great time leading worship tonight at The House in San Carlos for Pastor Rich Villafana, and for Pastor Brian Goodell, my Divisional Superintendent in Foursquare. Pastor Brian preached a great message!

Here I am relaxing just before I head over to The House!

MEN ONLY

I had a great time leading worship at the MEN SHARPENING ONE ANOTHER - 10TH ANNUAL MEN'S BREAKFAST yesterday at Greater Life - San Francisco, Pastor Leroy & Leversie Johnson, Senior Pastors.

Fantastic band for this event was Roberto Garcia and Darrey Williams BGV's, Pastor Mark Palazzolo on electric guitar, David "Hitman" Carranza on electric guitar, Scott Clay on bass, Clay Bandy on drums and I played acoustic guitar.

Bishop Eddie Mulenga

One of the greatest moments of this year has been the visit of Bishop Eddie Mulenga from Zambia, Africa to my home this past weekend. His love for God, and the words he shared blessed many.. Bishop Eddie ministered to OASIS at Abundant Life Christian Fellowship, and Cornerstone Church in Santa Rosa.

Following the services we thoroughly enjoyed our hosts, Pastors Russ and Terry Clifford and Pastors Mark and Lynn Williams in Healdsburg. "Bish" also shared of his desire to have a leadership development conference in Zambia focusing on planning, evaluation and stewardship. Sandy was with me joined by our close friend, Makailah Perkins.
Timmy, Bish and Max
Interestingly too, was the divine appointment reunion of two of Bishop Eddie's dearest friends from Zambia, Wedrick "Timmy" Chola, and Maxmillian Ngoma. We toured San Francisco visiting the House of Nan King for lunch, the Embarcadero, the Palace of Fine Arts, the Golden Gate Bridge View Point and Lombard Street; such fun!

I do pray that the Lord will allow me the pleasure of hosting Bishop Eddie again soon here in my home.
